This is best for those who have experienced mentorship or previous sessions with me or have an integrated understanding of cosmic systems and energetics in their work.

I’m Monica Paredes, an integrative strategist.
My work brings practical business frameworks into conversation with reflection, embodied awareness, and creative inquiry. We examine your audience, offerings, pricing, and ways of reaching people. We also pay attention to what happens as you consider those choices: the enthusiasm, hesitation, assumptions, and obligations that deserve a closer look.
Astrology and Archetypal Tarot can offer another perspective when they’re useful to you. My approach is also informed by my ongoing study of Hakomi, with its attention to mindfulness, gentle inquiry, and the relationship between body and mind.
You remain the author of your decisions. My role is to help you see more clearly, explore possibilities, and put your understanding into practice.

I’ve spent more than twenty years working in communications, marketing, and business strategy—from corporate projects to startup mentoring and entrepreneurship. I’ve also spent decades teaching, facilitating, and producing retreats and creative experiences.
